Individualised Funding (IF) is person-directed funding from Disability Support Services, providing people living with a disability increased choice and control over how they use their support allocations. At Florence Nightingale Agency, we’re here to help with Individualised Funding host services, making your journey smoother and more personalised.

When we receive your referral from your local NASC, our goal is to contact you within 48 hours to begin discussing your needs. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan tailored specifically to you. And if you’re looking for extra support, we have a fantastic team of Support Workers ready to step in.
